H.E. Amb. Felicia Asomaning, CHES®

Her Excellency (H.E.) Ambassador Felicia Asomaning, CHES®, is a diplomat, author, educator, and systems leader committed to advancing integrative and naturopathic medicine through global collaboration, community health education, and Pan African collaboration. She currently serves as Director for Diaspora Affairs – North America for the African Naturopathic Federation and is a naturopathic medical student at Bastyr University, where she is engaged in clinical and academic training in integrative healthcare systems.

Her work focuses on diplomacy, community health education, preventive wellness, and culturally rooted approaches to whole person healing, with a growing emphasis on improving long-term health outcomes for African and diaspora communities. With an academic foundation in nutrition and interdisciplinary training in community health education, diplomacy, leadership, and management, Felicia brings a systems-oriented approach to wellness, education, and human development. With 31 published works spanning empowerment, health and nutrition, children's education, and faith-centred wellness, her scholarship reflects a deep commitment to health equity, transformative education, and generational impact.

Ambassador Felicia serves as a United Nations Peace Ambassador through an NGO with consultative status under the United Nations Economic and Social Council, contributing to initiatives advancing health equity, educational empowerment, systems leadership, and global collaboration across diverse communities. Her advocacy focuses on strengthening collaboration between Africa and the diaspora in advancing naturopathic medicine, research, policy, institutional development, and global wellness initiatives.

As an ordained Clergy Minister who teaches faith-based wellness and whole person healing, and as Founder of the Global Naturopathic Student Alliance (GNSA), Felicia is passionate about building networks, educational initiatives, and platforms that connect education, advocacy, research, leadership, and global collaboration across borders. She is committed to helping position Africa not only as a participant in global natural medicine conversations, but as a leader in innovation, education, research, and culturally rooted models of healing.
